Ommaux

AI for the home services that keep Austin running.

Roofing, HVAC, electrical and plumbing companies doing $3M to $30M with 20 or more people. You fix what breaks in this town. Meanwhile your own business leaks: calls that ring out in peak season, work finished but never billed, invoices nobody chases. I count those leaks with your own numbers. Then we plug them, worst one first.

Why we're different

Everyone else sells you AI.
We count the money first.

We don't bolt tools onto a business nobody has measured. We count what's leaking, both sides of the money, and then build only what pays for itself.

Eight numbers, counted from your own books.
The one bottleneck actually holding the business back, named.
One prescribed path, not a menu of options.
The written report is yours either way.
The fee credits in full against whatever you do next.

Where the money goes

Both sides of the money. two of three are after the job

Money moves through your business on one path: the phone rings, the job gets booked, the work gets done, the invoice goes out, the cash lands. It leaks at three points along that path. Two of them are after you've already done the work. Most owners only ever look at the first one.

Front office

Demand you generate, then lose

The phone rings out at 4:45 on a Friday in July. Somebody's AC is down, and they're already dialing the next company on the list. That job was yours.

Back office

Money earned, never captured

Your tech closed out a job on Tuesday. It never got billed. It's sitting next to the invoices nobody has chased since spring. That money is already yours.

In plain English

What is an AI agent, actually?

Software that does a job, not software you have to learn. One lane, clear rules, inside the tools you already run: your phone system, your CRM, your books. Anything a customer would see waits for your OK.

Front officeThe missed-call agentAnswers the call that rang out, books the job, and texts you the summary.
Back officeThe collections agentChases the invoice that's 60 days out. Politely, on a schedule, and anything sensitive waits for your OK.
Back officeThe close-out agentChecks every job that closed this week against what actually got invoiced, and flags the ones that didn't.

The foundation

First we build the thing that knows your business.

Your pricing, your SOPs, your service area, your warranty terms, which brands you carry, who does what. We call it your AI Operating System, and it's the first thing we build. Every agent after this reads from it, which is why the second one costs less than the first, and the fifth costs less than the second.

It answers what your office spends hours chasing. What does this job cost, what does the warranty cover, do we service that ZIP, what does the SOP actually say. Those hours are one of the eight numbers we count.
You can watch it work. try it on the callAsk it something about your own business. Then ask the same question without it and watch the answer fall apart. That gap is the whole point.
Your team builds on top of it.Whatever they build next already knows how the business runs, so their first one is useful on day one instead of a demo nobody opens by week three.

How the work goes

The CDDC framework.

Four steps, always in this order. The steps are ordinary. The order is the part nobody else does.

01

Count

What's leaking, both sides of the money, and the one thing holding the business back.

02

Design

The sequence to fix it, built from your numbers rather than a template.

03

Deploy

The AI Operating System first, then the agents that matter most.

04

Compound

Every agent reads from that foundation, so each one costs less than the last.

After the assessment

What happens next. in this order

This isn't a menu. The first part is how the capability gets into your building. The second is how it stays there once I'm not in the room every week. What we scope, and in what order, is what the assessment is for.

Workshop + AI Operating System

Your team builds it

I build your AI Operating System, then teach your people to build on it. You pick the first workflow and we scope it together. I stay in the room until it ships.

The ledger and the upkeep

I stay on as the pit crew

Your brain stays current, the monthly ledger says what came back, your team gets open office hours, and twice a year I re-count the whole business. You drive it. I keep it honest.

If you'd rather have it built, book a call. That's a conversation we have after the assessment.

Straight answers

What leadership asks first.

Will this actually make us money?Fair question. The plan is built so the first dollars were already yours. The first build goes after un-invoiced work and stale invoices. That's the fastest money in any building, because nobody has to be sold anything. Every build after that gets a number in writing before it starts, so "working" is defined before a dollar is spent. Then the monthly ledger says what came back: jobs booked, dollars collected, hours returned. If it doesn't move, we change course.
How is this different from an AI agency that just installs tools?I don't install anything before I've measured. The assessment counts what's actually leaking and names the one bottleneck holding the business back, and I only build what pays for itself. The AI phone products you've seen ads for are good tools. When one fits, I'll install it and build around it. But it covers one hole, and it can't see your back office.
Am I replacing my office staff? No. The work the agents take off them is the part they hate: chasing invoices, retyping job notes, calling back missed numbers at 7pm. They get those hours back and spend them on the work only a person can do. If you end up growing without adding a seat, that's a byproduct, not the point.
Do I own this, or am I renting it?You own it. It runs in your systems, on your accounts, with an approval step and a log of every action taken. It doesn't go live until you'd put your own name on it, and if we part ways it keeps running.

Rhondre Giscombe

Austin, Texas · Owner

I've built my career in CRM and business data, helping companies run their revenue on clean systems. That's how I know the money leaking out of a service business isn't a feeling. It's countable, line by line, and most of it is money you already earned.

The next step

Let's start with a call. 45 minutes, no pitch

This call isn't the assessment. It's how we get to it: what you run, what's breaking, where you think the money is going. If there's something worth counting we'll book the assessment, and if there isn't I'll tell you. I take a handful of clients at a time, so timing depends on what's already running.
